Installing Nas in Virtual Machine

Hello guy’s,
I have a problem when doing the installation of NAS in a Virtual Machine.
Apparently the installation process is running well but suddenly stops and don’t move more.
I tried the typical installation, the custom installation (without MDAC and with MDAC) but the problem persists.
Enviroment:
S.O – Windows Server 2003 R2 SP2 with all updates
V.M – Microsoft Virtual PC (have the same problem using VMWare)
Nav - NAV 400 SP3 PT - Build 25143 (this is most recent version for NAV4)
Someone had the same problem?
Any suggestion to resolve the problem will be appreciated.
