Problem restoring backup of v2.6 using SQL Server option

Hi all,
I am getting the following errormsg when trying to open a database on a SQL Server.
[translated from danish:]
"There is missing a '(' in TableRelation #2000000006.#1"
The table in concern (2000000006) is the company-table.
The same problem occurs when i am trying to create a new database on the server.
I am using Financials 2.6 with the SQL Server option, running MS SQL Server 2000 (v.8.0)
Does anyone have a clue about what the problem might be?
