Calculate Service Tax in Recurring Journals

Hi all,
I have been trying to Calculate Service Tax in the Recurring journal.
I have salected the Service Tax group Code, Service Tax Type and Ser. tax Registration No. in the line.
There are no effects in the Service Tax Amount filed.
can anybody help me........
