How to see Navisio table relations in SQL Server 2000

How can I see the diagram of Navision table relations in SQL Server 2000 ?

In Navision, File/Database/Alter Integration tab. Check 'Maintain Relationships'.

In Enterprise Manager (or another tool), Choose Diagrams, New and choose the table(s) you want to diagram.
