    Is this on a 32 bit O/S? The NAV implementation of MSMQ does not work on a 64 bit O/S.

    What are your specs - OS version, NAV version, SQL version, etc.

    try to use this format (you can edit it in webconfig.xml @ your IIS website): FormatName:DIRECT=OS:MACHINENAME\private$\nep_request_queue
