NAV 5.0 Upgrade

Hi
We are planning for an upgrade from 4.0 SP2 (with Native DB) to 5.0 SP1 (SQL Server). The client is also running LS retail for POS (100 POS locations) and with Native Db. He wants to retain the LS retail DB with NAV DB and only upgrade the HO to SQL server.
He has the DB size of 150 GB and also wants to do Data migration too. What is the timeframe (how many days) we can look at downtime for the customer during the upgrade and Data migration process? Please let me know

I'm thinking that processing time for data will be in the 36 hours time frame. A lot of will depend on the hardware that you are going to run this. Make sure you get RAID 10 server with as many hard drives as possible.
You can give the client a more accurate answer once you do the initial upgrade locally. Remember you'll be doing the data upgrade twice.
