Fin.exe does not start

hi,
I can't start the NAV client (fin.exe 5.0 on XP machine) .
Fin.exe shows up in processes and it takes 50% CPU time constantly. But no interface is shown.
I can start fin.exe under a different user account on the same machine.
I tried deleting zup files, and using different commandline parameters and booted the machine but it just wont start.
Anyone seen this before?
Thanks.

i can't figure out what's your problem, but i can give you a suggestion: 50% of a dual core cpu means 100% of a single core because fin.exe can use only one processor...this means a crash of the exe i think...maybe it's corrupted? :-k
did you try with a CRONUS database?
maybe you have an infinite loop in loginstart trigger  <--i don't think this is the problem, just throwing some ideas0 -
Strange issue...
Try Reinstalling NAV client.0 -
It's solved.
Something in the windows user profile was causing this.
I deleted the profile from c:\document and settings\ for this particular user.
Logged on again so a new folder was created, after that it worked.0 -
Watch out for the Administrator
Tip: it has something to do with [solved]0
