Business Notification Log Empty - mail not sent

Hello,

I am using Business Notification on NAV 5.0.
All runs right but the mail is not sent!

The Business Notification Log on EventViewer is empty. Is that normal?

The only message of warning in Application Event Viewer is the following:

Warning: EventsForClass980860a3_d09f_4f96_b5a9_0a321d1b8711 is unknown for this notification application.

How can I solve?
