Creating interaction log entries realted to a specific order

Hi all,
I have the following scenario: In NAV I create a sales order (nr 1001), and print it. An interaction log entry is created. A couple days later, the customer sends me an email with a couple questions about this order. I can create interaction log entries for these emails as well. But from the interaction log entries created by the email, I can not tell that these are related to SO 1001 without opening them. It would be nice to go to the interaction log entry SO 1001, and find all related communications (=interaction logs for e.g. emails and phone calls).
Is there a standard way to do this (I am afraid I know the answer already...)?

I don't think there is in NAV. In Dynamics CRM you click the Set Regarding button in Outlook and "attach" it to an entity. That entity can be an account, a contact, whatever.
You can always write a .NET Outlook plug-in and resell it0
