NAV 2009 3-Tire Installation

I am not able to configure the 3-tire Installation on three Different Machine.I am facing the error "Window Login Failed for the given user error", but if the Service and client machine are same, i am not getting the error. I given all the SQL permission mentioned in the Manual. Is any one have tried and successful ? Any response is much appreciated.
