Unable to connect to Navision ODBC via PHP

We just moved our php application from the old server to a new server (windows 2003 server). Now the problem is that we can't connect from our php script to the navision odbc source. We checked and copied all the settings from the old server but it still shows some strange ISAM error. I hope someone can help us out.

What the thread is saying is that Windows Server 2003 is not compatible with all old apps.
