is there a way to connect to a navision financials database without to know the user password ?

Look over their shoulder AFTER thay have logged on?

As adminstrator you could create a user with no password (and then hang up a 'hack me' sign)

Seriously for read-only with SQL server you could replicated data to an insecure database (say access)

but it sounds like your Developer/DBA has quit / been fired and you did not get their password before they left. If this is the case remember - always be nice to developers & DBA's

It depends on what answer you are waiting for
You can guess the password. It is the same as to log to windows.
Without entering correct username and password - no. So if you have no access to your company database, contact NSC and they will try help you.
