Excise Payble Entries in RG 23A II Thru Sales

Hi,
I am using the india localised version of navision 3.7. While posting the sales order, system is supposed to send data into RG 23A Part II for the excisable items. I have tried thru the setup but the entries are not going thru sales, while the receivable entry from purchase is successfully being inserted in the same table.
Can any body from india help me out of this
