send a xml file to a base64binary arg

Hello
I must conect Navision to a Web service. I’m using SOAP to do it. But I must send a xml file to a argument which type is Base64Binary. How can I do that in NAV 40sp2 (and in other versions) or I must solve with Visual studio?
