Whse. Pick, put-away and return of raw mat. for productioon

Hi all,

I get confused on how to carry out these pick, put-away and return activities #-o . I tried to create production order, warehouse pick, so that the materials required for production is put to somehow a WIP bin, and manually post consumption journal to reflect the WIP. My question is, how about if I get something wrong in the production BOM, and warehouse pick too much to the WIP bin? Any way to return them to original bin? I checked from the warehouse entries, they are "Movement" type.

I tried to complete the production, and post the output journal. I see that there is a "Create Inbound Whse. Request", how to use this function? The system tells me that I have created, but I don't know where can I find this document. Also, I check from the bin content, the finished goods is already in bin......So can I do this put-to-warehouse manually?
