There are 2 parts of ADCS, the service part and the app part. Most of the time these are (should be) the same version.
In order to see which ADCS app you are using, you can check codeunit 7700, whereas for the binaries, you can look for the version of the "NavisionVT100Plugin.exe". This can be found via the VT100 Plugin service (in newer versions, the service is called Microsoft Dynamics NAV VT100 Plugin).
