Due Date Calculation (Customer/Payment)

Wonder if anyone have an idea for addressing a special payment term, particularly used in France.

Appearantly a Month is broken down into 3 parts, like this:
1. part = dates 1 to 10
2. part = dates 11 to 20
3. part = dates 21 to 30

This Payment Term places due date basis to be at the end of one part (known as decade in french, dates 10, 20, or 30.

A typical term would be: posting date(shipment date) + goto end of decade (part of month) + 30 days credit.

Posting date and due date examples:
01.april.2009, End of 1. decade (part of month) + 30 day = due 10.may 2009
09.april.2009, End of 1. decade (part of month) + 30 day = due 10.may 2009
11.april.2009, End of 2. decade (part of month) + 30 day = due 20.may 2009
20.april.2009, End of 2. decade (part of month) + 30 day = due 20.may 2009
21.april.2009, End of 3. decade (part of month) + 30 day = due 30.may 2009
22.april.2009, End of 3. decade (part of month) + 30 day = due 30.may 2009

Have anyone come across this requirement for payment due date calculation or have any idea for solution ??

Thanks
Louis

I already come across with a similar request for Portuguese implementation but was a more complex due date calculation. For that particular project we had to customize. If French localization doesn’t provide a similar feature you must follow the same way.
