Some Citrix users are experiencing issues when trying to export data using STANDARD NAV reports. However it's only 2 and for the other 5-6 it works great. They are using the same client and connecting to the same Citrix server (and using the same Excel application).
The Error Message is
{ This message for C/AL programmers.
An exception was raised in method value. The OLE or automation server has returned error (HRRESULT) - 2147352567).
The component didnot provide the exception description. }
I am thinking reinstall office / reset their Citrix accounts. Do you have any other ideas?

i am getting same error while i am trying to run an export to excel report from RTC.
But this error is for a single user on a single machine(same as of your case).
we have tried reinstalling excel and RTC client on the machine, but nothing worked out.
I would like to know that are u able to resolve the issue.
Please let me know.
