Hi,
We have developed add on module in NAV 4.0 SP3. This add on needs to upgrade in NAV 2009. Whether we have to use the developers toolkit to upgrade in NAV 2009. If we want to use the developer toolkit whether we have to upgrade in NAV 5.0 and then to NAV 2009?

If you want to upgrade it to Nav 2009 classic then you can just jump straight to the new codebase and merge in your module. Export the 2009 objects out to text files, merge in your changes using Beyond compare and then import them back in again.
I have yet to touch the new Role tailored client and so I can't comment on what would be required to migrate.
