Is it necessary, one has to undergo training with NAVISION regional centre
to appear for the exam .
Is it not sufficient to undergo on the job training with an NSC to appear for the exams .

As far as I am aware you can book the exams via PersonVue, and like any Microsoft exam anyone can sit regardless of where, or even if, they have been trained.
