My real problem is, when I login to company I am not able to see the menusuite , but after using Alt f12 , I am able to see it.. for that particular system login alone ( Windows login), So I tought of deleting zup file... even after that i face same problem :-k

Alt+F12 is in design mode of the navigation pane and this should only be used for changing the menus. Check your permissions and also if your user is assigned to the menus.
