Calculate Inventory Batch Job

Hi Guys,
when i am running Calculate inventory Batch job , system is creating two entries for each item , one for the difference in the warehouse quantity and the ILE and it creates thye second line with the same quanity and entry type , i am not able to figure out why this is so...
Like if ILE inventory is 100 and Bin Contents Show 150
Lines are
Entry Type Quantity Calculated Quantity (Physical Inventoy) Quantity
Positive Adj 100 150 50
Positive Adj 0 50 50
I am not able to figure out why the system is creating second line...
Would anyone be able to suggest any reson or solution for this.
