Rec XRec Problem with RTC

Hello,

i´ve got the problem that the rec and xrec contains the same values even if i change a value. This causes problems e.g. if you change a customer on a document. I´m using the RTC, in the Classic Client it works. :bug:

Has anybody a idea, solution or workarround?

    This is known issue with RTC. Already mentioned somewhere on this forum.

    Hotfix 3/18/2009. KB 968411 is released regarding this problem.
    KB is not released yet, but you can ask in MBS support for "fix regarding KB 968411".

    i hope this hotfix will help you, but in which trigger you had this problem with xRec?
    Or just any?

    It was a problem in the OnValidate trigger of the Service Header Table. There the rec and xrec were compared but xrec had always the same value as the rec. Hotfix 11 solved this problem \:D/
