Form 27 Q Issue

I am using NAV 4.0 SP3 IN version. I created a TDS deduction through invoice for an NRI category. In Challan Register the 'Non Resident Payments' boolean field was checked. But at the time of generating Form 27Q nothing is printed. Now in the Batch Header table i manually key in some information and then the report is printed. Why this is happening. Plz help.
