When I turn off the Windows firewall on the NAV2009 server, I can connect via RTC without problems.
The problem is when I turned on the firewall, then I'm unable to connect. Here's the configuration.
- I've allowed ports 7046 and 7047 in the Windows Firewall exceptions on the server and the client
- The NAV services are are logging in using the Local System account
Are there any other ports I need without having to disable Windows firewall on client servers?
Client: Windows XP
Server: Windows 2003

Nope, no errors on the event log.
I know 100% for sure it's related to the Windows Firewall on the server because when I turn it off, it works fines.

You cannot set the login for the NAV services as Local System account. If you set the NAV service as Local System account, then you will need to first access the server, type in the username and password, before it allows you to connect via RTC.
