DataItemTableView in NAV / Sorting in Visual Studio

Being new to the NAV 2009 Report designer I am trying out all kind of things...

Created a new NAV report based on Customer Table.
Entered DataItemTableView, Key: Name, Address, City
Selected Tools, Create Layout Suggestion

Tried to find where the sorting is applied in Visual Studio.
Selected the Table, then Properties... but Sorting tab is empty.

So, I wonder how the sorting is applied in the RTC report?

(my apologies if this is a newbie question - it's true - I'm new to this)

    Hi Elonie,

    If you Setup Sorting in Visual Studio Table Propertis->Sorting Tab, RTC will use this Sorting instead of NAV Sorting. If you don't specify any thing in Visual Studio then NAV Sorting will apply.
