Hi
i am running the Req Worksheet but it is repeating some item numbers... for ex Item no GH222 is repeated - on two due dates.

I am testing manufacturing on a new test company with only one SO for a BOM and there are no Production orders

The SO is for one BOM Qty 1500 however it is coming onto the sheet as 2 lines qty 500 and 1000 - different due dates ](*,)

Hi Ajmal,

Have you set a safety stock/reorder point?

If so it will add a requirement for this at the Order date and calculate the balance for the SO.

Check your lead time and reorder cycle setup as well.
