Increase performance with 100 user lic.

Dear All,

One of our client has 105 user lic. for navision but the problem they are facing is the system is quite slow lots of locking problem, searching problem it takes lots of time for then to do a single transaction. They were on the native data base but now we have plant them to put on the SQL server. Please let me know after driving them towards the performance will be increased of it will remain the same. ANd what all activities can be done to increase the performance.

hi aman,
these are the steps to increase ur performance.

1. search the forums on "Performance" tons of post here regarding your problem.
2. ofcourse u have to change ur DB from native to SQL option.
3. see the setup(ex. automatic cost adjustment should be never, etc. that will affect in performance).
4. the hardware cofiguration.
5. SQL optimization.

guys put it on number 6 if I miss something.
