Windows Access Control -Can this be added to the Change Log?

Hi all,
In my domain, I use windows logins and due to quite a few takeovers and mergers, I have many administrators of the system I would like to log the changes of the table 2000000053 - Windows Access Control but even if I add the table No. in the Table, I cannot view it on the row. Can you please tell me if this is possible?
