Hi,

What is the effect of Checking Threshold overlook and Surchage overlook When Nature of Dedution (NOD) is Created. From Help the explanation is not clear, So kindly help me out.

If marked true, TDS threshold defined in TDS groups will be ignored and TDS will be deducted based on the rates defined in the TDS Setup

When I select party type as Party and then I select party name , Its shows out of balance, Should I select Vendor also even If I Select Party type :?

If you select party, you need to specify Account No. and Balance Account No. manually. These accounts can be G/L account/Bank.
If you use Vendor account then why to define "Party"
