Date format by company or RTC

Hi all, has anyone tried to make the date format specific to company, or now even better- by RTC assignment? We are running a truely global operation and as such our European offices would like to print out with dd/mm/yy and our US/China offices would like to print mm/dd/yy. The least we want to do is make it by company, but the most ideal solution would be to make it by login/RTC assignment.

If we can't do this the best solution I have to offer is to print out the actual name of the month, so there is never any confusion, but that is the best compromise I have thought of. Input is much appreciated, as always!

This is part of windows regional setting in control panel. Do they all have the same settings?

Everyone connects through Citrix, but we have two different Citrix servers, so perhaps if we routed European users to one and US/China users to the other with the own settings that would get us the result we are looking for?

Yes, that's one option, the other option is at startup to run a script to change the date format.

The data on how to display dates is stored in registery.
