upgrade from 4.0 to 2009

I am working on an upgrade now. And was wondering if anyone has done one like mine, or is doing one now?
The new DEV Toolkit manual has this note all the way throughout the book:
Note
When importing objects from Microsoft Dynamics NAV, be aware of the following
restrictions:
(1) Objects of type PAGE will not be imported.
(2) The RDLDATA and REQUESTPAGE sections of the object type REPORT are not
imported in this version of Developer’s Toolkit. Be especially aware of this when
exporting Report objects from the Developer's Toolkit, as the exported versions will not
contain these two sections and therefore may be inconsistent with the original versions
of the objects.

So this means we cannot merge reports? Or can we?

It would indeed be strange, but I'm not going to comment on that. I'd like to give them the benefit of the doubt, they usually have very good reasons for their design decisions.

Unfortunately NDT do not support it, it’s true. But from other hand, why do you need pages or requestPage sections for merge? They not exist in previous version. So what you suppose to merge? :)
I think you could merge (upgrade) all ‘classic’ objects like tables, codeunits, etc. first and then form objects. If on this step you could compile all objects, you could transform forms to pages by using transformation tool.
Unfortunately it seems to be a bit harder with reports (at least if you change standard reports a lot).
