It seems that your report is part of the romanian localization of Navision. Best think to do is to ask your local NSC to help you, because from here nobody knows this report ...

well i don't know if it's only in the romanian version, it is a report in the general ledger area and it's called "Trial Balance - Previous Amounts".
The report gets data from the "G/L Account" table and prints some fields that are computed using the data from this table. All the data in the report is either taken directly from the table or uses some formula with the data from that table.
i want to view this information in an excel worksheet for example, and print a report from there.
funny you should say but i work for the NSC but we are beginners.. i'm also prepairing to take my preliminary exams... so be patient with me.. if you please.. :roll:
a search in this forum for "Excel" should give you many hints.
You can save the report as HTML and then import in Excel. Or you can use Automation. This is a lot of more work, but you will exactly have the result you wish to have.
