BizTalk Setup Error

Does anyone know what would cause this error when trying to create a company on the BizTalk server? I believe it has something to do with unregistered components but I am not sure which ones and how to resolve it.
The error is:
Could not invoke the member TransportType. The OLE control or Automation server returned the following message:
The requested member does not exist, or the call tried to set the value of a read only property.
