when sales order is invoiced, whole doc, is printing instead

what is the reason When a sales order is invoiced if only three lines are invoiced the whole document is printing. please advice the solution.

I think that only happens when you invoice directly from the sales order. If you create a sales invoice with "Get Shipment Lines", you should only see the lines that you pull in.
