After upgrading a customer license this is what it shows:
Funny; it seems that Navision 2009 is official rather than Dynamics NAV 2009.

Yes, I have already notice that in C/Caps. Some granules are using the "Navision" and "2009" in names- I think that someone will be fired...

I guess they also didn't change the name to Attain in 3.x
