Error in POS Open

Hi All,

when i try to open the EPOS Main form it shows the error like..

'POS OPOS INPUT' Connot be closed because the system is currently working. I install the LSRetail Toolbox 4.1 and Toolbox 4.2.

Did you install both of them? Or uninstall the old version and install the new?

I would try and uninstall and reboot. And install again, If no success, start a help ticket with LS Retail.
