Cancel a Sales order in different situations?

Hi all!

I am working with NAV5 using WMS and ADS .

How can I cancel an order in the following cases where Pick and Ship documents have been created ( Warehouse Shipment and Warehouse Pick exist) but no invoicing have been done yet :

1. Partial Picking has been registered with NO shipment
2. Partial Picking has been registered with partial shipment ( Same quantities in all cases)
3. Complete Picking has been registered with NO shipment
4. Complete Picking has been registered with partial shipment
5. Complete picking has been registered with complete shipment

Delete Pick. Delete whse. Shipment. Deleted Posted Pick. Do warehouse journal to move items to the correct bin.

2. Partial Picking has been registered with partial shipment ( Same quantities in all cases)

Delete Pick. Delete whse. Shipment. Deleted Posted Pick. Delete Registerd warehouse document. Do warehouse journal to move items to the correct bin. UndoShipment from Posted Sales Shipment.

3. Complete Picking has been registered with NO shipment

Delete whse. Shipment. Deleted Posted Pick. Do warehouse journal to move items to the correct bin.

4. Complete Picking has been registered with partial shipment

5. Complete picking has been registered with complete shipment.

Thanks ara3n. I will try that.

However, how can I manage my sales order in those situations? And in the case ware shipping has been done ( partial or complete) , I would like to cancel the order and keep track of the original quantity ordered.

you will need to do a modification and add a new field called original quantity.
Populating automatically that field becomes tricky. I suggest to let the user to enter it.

I have tried your suggestions but:
- I am able to use "Undo Shipment " when warehouse lines have been created ( satandard NAV)
- How am i going to delete the sales order that need to be cancelled?

That would be a problem, because your warehouse line will have only the remainder quantity.
Probably needs to be reported to MS.

Sorry my fault. I am not able to do Undo a posted shipment and I cant do F4 to a sales order that has been shipped

So delete the warehouse shipment. Do undo shipment and hit F4
