Starting NAS

I am trying to start NAS on a new install and I am getting the following error: -2147024891 Access Denied. ANy ideas?

    What OS? And are you an administrator on that machine?

    Server 2003. I will check (tomorrow) to see if user is administrator.

    To install the NAS u must have the windows permissions to write into the directory, for example C:\Program Files\TheInstallFolder.

    So, you can un the install programm under the admin account (right mouse on the setup.exe -> contextmenu -> run as) or u install it directly as admin
    Do you make it right, it works too!
