Is the BOM certified?
Is there any demand?
Are you using SKU's?
What is the components at location setting?
What are the components of the BOM's planning settings?

Should I download Hotfix or something like that to solve the problem?
Can anyone advice?

Well you have not actually told us the configuration you use, you did not answer my questions.
Mine works in 4 and 5 without hotfixes, so it is not an issue.
The issue here is you are asking for us to solve your problem without actually giving us the symptoms of your problem. My simple answer is you "think" the setup you have in 5 is the same as 4, but actually it is not, you have made an error.
Run Cronus in 5 - does it work for you?The art of teaching is clarity and the art of learning is to listen0 -
Sir,
Kindly advice me on where I have missed the setup.
While running Calc Regenerative Plan for Component & RM, the lines are not created in Planning Worksheet.
Created FG, WIP & RM.
For FG ITEM, Replenishment system - Prod. Order
For WIP ITEM, Replenishment system - Prod. Order
For RM ITEM, Replenishment system - Purchase
For FG ITEM, Manufacturing Policy - Make-to-Stock
For WIP ITEM, Manufacturing Policy - Make-to-Stock
For RM ITEM, Manufacturing Policy - Make-to-Stock
For FG ITEM, Reordering Policy - Order
For WIP ITEM, Reordering Policy - Order
For RM ITEM, Reordering Policy - Fixed Order Qty
For FG ITEM, Flushing Method - Manual
For WIP ITEM, Flushing Method - Manual
For RM ITEM, Flushing Method - Manual
For FG ITEM & For WIP ITEM - Routing & BOM linked ( ROUTING & BOM CERTIFIED ).
Machine Center in routing for FG & WIP ITEM has Calendar calculated.
Forecast of the FG ITEM in Production Forecast is within the Order date & Ending Date while runnig Calc Regenerative Plan. Also marked MPS & MRP checkbox
Thanks in Advance.

A workaround solution was brought around!!!
A value entry ( Eg. 1 ) was given in Forecast for Components & RM.
Then run MPS for Finished Goods in Planning Worksheet using Calc Regenerative Plan.
Then run MPS & MRP for Components & RM using Calc Regenerative Plan.
This time plan for the components is displayed in Worksheet.
When the value entry is not given, components cannot be planned. But I think I still miss the setup somewhere. Finding it out...Thanks & Regards

Set teh components at location field to be your main warehouse. I am assuming you are not using SKU's without SKU's NAV needs to know the base planning warehouse - this is defined in the components at location field and you have left this blank. Frankly put "anything" in there and it will work (probably as I do not have your item details for planning)The art of teaching is clarity and the art of learning is to listen0

Manufacturing policy is your problem.....When u use MTS as your manufacturingpolict, then you have to manually drill down (MRP run)to all the levels in the planning worsheet. In make-to-order, only one run of planning engine is suffice to get FG/WIP/RM orders...0
