Anyone please give me some ideas about data conversion tools in Navision.

What do you mean with "data conversion tools" ?

Do you mean the upgrade process (for example from NAV 2.6 to 5.01) with a data conversion? <- for this read the manuals on the "upgrade toolkit" CD

Or do you mean a import of datas, for example from a csv file, into a table with a data convert?

Have you looked into the Rapid Implmentation Methodology toolkit? There are a number of tools and templates to help with Data Conversion.
