Calculate Regenerative Plan - MRP

We have a client who wants to do very simple MRP. They have 5.01 Advanced Management. They do not have basic supply planning. We can find no way to do MRP (reports, trendscapes) other than using the Calculate Regenerative Plan. Unfortunately, the AM license does not accommodate this. Therefore, in order to do simple MRP, they will have to spend another $11K. Am I missing something? Isn't MRP part of any manufacturing application?

This question should be directed to Microsoft, not this forum. Opinions on this forum will not matter much...
