I NEED HELP PLZ FOR EXPERIANCE PEOPLE
I HAVE AXAPTA 3.0 WITH VISION AND WE WILL CHANGE TO AX 2009 WITH ATLAS
I NEED KNOWE IF ANY OPTIONS TO SEND EMAIL TO VENDORS IN MODULE PURCHASE LEDGER
TO INFORM HIM ABOUT AMOUNT AND HE HAVE ACHECK HE MUST COME AND COLLECT THE CHEQUES
AND NEED MAKE THIS AUTOMATIC SEND EMAIL IN STANDARD FORM CAN OR THIS IS HARD

    Yes you can email from the print of the purchase order - the difficulty in answering your question is that you have not really defined it, are these batch emails, what is the trigger - the print? Are you going through workflows, where is the email address coming from etc etc.

    As standard you can print to email it will format the PO into PDF and you type in the senders address, anything else you develop the system to do and each business seems to have different rules and requirements, so it depends what yours are!
