Error in Creating Odbc

hi all
i have aproblem when i try to make odbc for nav 5 from Administrative Tools

i have this error when i press company
Dynamics NAV ODBC Setup

i tried to change net type but the error insisted to be
and i put the server name and its ip in hosts file
,the error appears again
