Multilevel Production BOM/RPO - Make to Order Scenario.

We are using Multilevel, say 10 levels, of BOM/RPO for one Production/Finish Item with Make-to Order Scenario.
We needs to replan/Reschedule the existing RPO once partial Output was getting posted for 2-3 levels of semifinish Goods.
Can we have such facility or an alternate solution in Dynamics Nav.??
