Shortcut to see go directly to a table behind a form

Hi,

Is there a shortcut that allows to go directly from a form (in design mode or not) to the table that stands behind it?

Another shortcut i mean besides doing Ctrl-F2 and then Shift-F4 on the form and find it in the properties.

Hi,

I usually use the Zoom (Ctrl+F8) and the table name is in the header.
