Multicurrency: Adjust Exchange Rate Buffer already exists

All,
we have used Multicurrency in Navision now for a couple of years.
Every month end the user runs the report: "Adjust Exchange Rates", Report 595 successfully without an issue.
This time we get following error message:
The Adjust Exchange Rate Buffer already exists.
Identification fields and values:
Currency Code='CRC',Posting Group='',Account No.='2010001',Dimension Entry No.='0'
Any idea what this could be or how to fix it?
