Can we directly use a page without creating a .net webpage

Hi All,I am searching for the solution of using a page driectly without creating a .net webpage to perform some transactions.Could anyone help me out???????
Scenario :
I am having a Vendor Card Page.After publishing this page,do i really need a .net webpage to
to make use of fucntions in the page.
why cant i direct make use of page on the client screen and allow him to enter the data and perform the transactions to the naivision DataBase.

No, you cannot use WebServices directly. WebServices are there for connecting two applications. It is not user interface...0
