I want to collect (to get sum) of one of colon but only if the statement is right

so I want to get sum os the colum no. if No2 = 1, did navision hav any function like "where" on mysql

take a var sum and initialize to 0

if no.2 = 1 then
sum := sum + No;

write this code wre u want to sum them.
