Safety stock / service level

Dear people,

Recently I tested with the Safety Stock (automatic min / max), part of the Master Planning module. (Master Planning / journals / safety stock). I have two questions about it:

1. After accepting the new minimum (minimum on hand New Value) the Minimum on hand is changed with the article. However the Maximum stays the same. This means that in some cases the Min is higher than the Max. Do you know if the Max can also be altered automatically?

2. When calculating the proposition for a new minimum (Minimum on Hand calculated & minimum on hand New Value) you can make a choice from several service levels (varying from 50 % to 99.9%). Here I would like to add some percentages by hand. I want to use percentages that are set servicelevels in our company. Does anyone know how to do this?
